Things are picking up at 350 Brooklyn. We’ve got more projects, grander goals, and bigger dreams for a better planet. And it’s working.

But the urgency has never been greater, and the need for more hands has never been more acute. And the more hands we have, the less time any individual has to put in.

That’s why I’d like to ask for your help.

Can I put your name on our Outreach email list, please?

Here’s how it works.

Occasionally, I’ll send you an email. (Probably 1-2 times a week. Maybe more, maybe fewer, depending on the season and what’s cooking.)

It’ll be a request for volunteers. Most of the requests will be simple, easy and quick. A few examples might be

  • Hand out flyers for half an hour
  • Help set up tables before an event
  • Stand at a street fair booth for an hour

And similar.

If you can do it, great. Just reply to let me know.

And if you can’t, just delete the email.

We’ll give you training and tips if you aren’t sure how to do the task, and we can pair you with someone more experienced, too.

This is a great way to get involved, whether you can give an hour a day, a week, a month, or a year. And it makes a difference.

If you’re willing to receive these volunteer request emails, please just reply “yes” to this email. That’s it!

Thanks, and looking forward to getting hands dirty with you.
