After gutting NY’s Climate Law, on June 11 the Hochul administration released a policy roadmap, kicking off a formal process to approve incentives for a massive new nuclear buildout in New York that could result in public subsidies of up to $23.9 billion to build and operate new nuclear plants. Nuclear power is too toxic, dangerous, expensive and slow to be a climate solution. We can win a safe, affordable energy future for New York. On 6/30 and 7/1 there will be actions across the state to say NO to Hochul’s nuclear plan. Join this resistance action!
