Although the climate movement in New York State is mighty, fossil fuel companies keep trying to turn the clock back. Come hear about two new proposals to extend the reach of fossil fuels here in New York. Nick Katkevich from the Sierra Club will update us on a plan to expand a pipeline network in the Hudson Valley, and Eric Weltman from Food & Water Watch will tell us about a scheme to frack (yes, frack) in New York’s Southern Tier.
