Rethinking and Reclaiming Our Streets
Tuesday, October 11th, 7:30pm
NYC’s current street plan favors cars over people—bringing us air pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and perils for pedestrians. Come learn how we can bring about a walkable, bikeable, accessible city for all, with public spaces that are people-friendly instead of traffic-friendly. Our speaker will be Elizabeth Adams, Senior Director of Advocacy & Organizing at Transportation Alternatives. The meeting will be held on Zoom and you can register for it here.
