Our host Audrey is joined by Jodi Smits Anderson, a subject matter guide and collaborative leader with deep expertise in embodied carbon, energy codes, and the AIA Framework for Design Excellence. She is the Founder and CCDD of 2bGreener, LLC, where she consults, educates, and inspires organizations to integrate sustainability into their practices. A Fellow of the AIA, Jodi has spoken nationally at conferences including Living Futures, Greenbuild, and NESEA, co-hosted the Discover Sustainability YouTube series, and teaches systems thinking and professional practice. She is also a co-founder of the Albany Riverfront Collaborative, working to heal past infrastructure and community harm. Jodi believes sustainability, equity, health, joy, and nature are deeply connected—and that this work is simply more meaningful (and fun) when done together.
