Join Us to Bankrupt Line 3 – Stop the Money Pipeline on 4/17

STMP needs your help! On Saturday, April 17 a NYC Stop-the-Money-Pipeline coalition is planning a citywide action against banks that are funding the Line 3 pipeline. In the morning, the 350BK contingent will protest at multiple bank branches in Brooklyn and then join the larger rally at Blackrock headquarters and then Chase headquarters in Manhattan. The more people we have, the more branches we can hit!

Say it with a song: Pass the CCIA!

The Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, passed by the NY State Legislature in 2019, requires our state to move rapidly off fossil fuels – but the law can only reach its full potential if we also pass the Climate Community Investment Act. This new bill would make companies pay for their greenhouse gas emissions. NY Renews, the statewide coalition pushing this essential climate bill, is asking its member groups to send our legislators a musical message.
